I’m sorry.
You is busy.
You don’t have the time for a 9,000-word email twice a month from ya boi (me, I’m ya boi).
In the immortal and catchy words of One Republic…
“It’s too late to apologizeeeee.”
So imma fix it like Coldplay.
I talk all the time about valuing time and helping teachers save it, protect it, and use it well.
But I wasn’t respecting that when I sent you one massive email that took longer to scroll than the director’s cut of “Lord of the Rings".”
That’s on me, fam.
Here’s the new plan:
These emails will still only come once or twice a month, but they’ll be much more concise with just a few sections.
If you’re the type that likes the stories, tips, and walkthroughs, I’ll be sending out more frequent bite-sized versions via these three different mediums (I’d just pick one of them):
• Honor Roll (with all the trainings)
• Substack (newly created)
• Patreon (recently revived)
Or…you can just do absolutely nothing and keep getting the new and much shorter version once or twice a month.
Totes your call.
I just want to make sure you get the value without wasting your prep period scrolling through an email saga.
Unless you want them.
Your time matters.
But also, your growth does, too!

I built a Notebook LM (Google’s Academic Version of Gemini/ChatGPT) template that can cover every base (if there were primarily 2 bases 😂):
Admins can use it to track and/or organize teacher evaluations.
Teachers can use it themselves! Just drop in what you’ve done, and it helps you reflect and see areas for growth based on TESS standards!
It’s built off TESS state test standards, but you can tweak it to match your school/state standards, or even use it as a starting point to make your own custom version for your specific school!

First off, yuppers…I’m 98% mentioning it cause I was PLEASANT(VILLE)LY SURPRISED that my bff Sir Chad Gibbidie dropped it in their Substack!
Fun Fact: this is what actually inspired me to finally add my Substack to the list of ways you can get these posts. 😁
I’ve been testing Study & Learn with my 15-year-old (who tbh is already smarter than me).
He just dumps the stuff he’s studying into it, and boom, it starts spitting out flashcards, quizzing him, and even weaving in his favorite learning styles.
Like a personal tutor, but without the awkward silence or after-a-long-day-at-school smellyness.
Quick Study and Learn breakdown:
