🎓 ChatGPT’s Secret Prompt Website for Teacher PLUS a Free Google Cheat Sheet!

⏰ TL;DR

👋 REAL TALK

Fall break is right around the corner like a fast running back, and you need to hear this: you. don’t. have. to. earn. your. rest.

You’ve been pouring into kids, lessons, and the occasional Clif Bar (cause you skipped lunch) for weeks.

Take this time to reset and re-energize!

Do something that actually FILLS your tank like you fell asleep at the Citgo (i literally did this once, true story). I’m talkin sleep in, take a roadtrip, scroll aimlessly, go outside, or just hang with your peeps.

Whatever gives you energy: do it.

Whatever drains you, mute it (yes, even me on Instagram if you need to 😂đŸ„Č).

Your brain deserves to breathe.

The classroom will be there when you get back, and it’ll be better because you will be.

Cars without oil don’t get far and will eventually send flames over the windshield and r.i.p. (also happened to me once, true story).

Much love and much rest,

Dr. T

For my Honor Roll fammmmmmm:

Ever wanna understand why the dope stuff you’re doing isn’t impressing your Principal, or why your co-worker “just doesn’t get it?”

This might help!!

I uploaded an exclusive session I did with my great friend Mark Cox all about Enneagrams in Education.

We break down how to better understand your coworkers, yourself, and communicate with your admin PLUS handle parent convos, all based on dem Enneagram types.

It’s practical, conversational, and honestly helped me stop trying to “fix” everyone and start connecting better with the people I spend way too much time with. 😂
